• More advanced and affordable onsite recycling parts washer models born out of Safety-Kleen’s acquisition of SystemOne

New “S” series models feature upgraded technology, larger capacities and size variability

RICHARDSON, Texas – As a result of the acquisition of SystemOne last year, Safety-Kleen is upgrading and expanding its onsite recycling parts washer line with advanced technology and new sizes, all at more affordable costs.

Dubbed the “S” series, representing the SystemOne legacy brand, the four new parts washers offer greater reliability, programmable timers, advanced CPUs, LED diagnostic indicators and increased solvent capacities. The machines all feature various sink sizes. The sink reservoirs, distillation tanks and pure solvent reservoir capacities have also all been increased.

“Each of these new S series models offer clean solvent on demand and are a must have for a person working with light oils and greases looking for precision cleaning,” said Safety-Kleen Director of Parts Cleaning Technologies Mike Hansen.

The new models are easier to operate – with features like new LEDs that make troubleshooting and preventive maintenance intuitive – and are now even safer with upgraded residue guards that prevents users from accidently touching hot surfaces. Additionally, every Safety-Kleen parts washer is certified to both ETL and CSA safety standards.

“Our name is literally ‘Safety’ and that remains at the forefront of our culture. We’re constantly re-engineering our products with the latest designs to ensure we offer the safest parts washers on the market,” said Sean Spaziani, Safety-Kleen’s senior vice president of sales and marketing. “In this industry, the onus of meeting government safety regulations is most often placed on the user. We go to great lengths to take care of that for our customers – giving them the peace of mind they deserve and assuring that everything we provide meets or exceeds the latest standards.”

The S models’ base distillation systems produce like-new solvent on demand – offering precision results while saving time and money. As such, for the first time ever, Safety-Kleen will now begin to offer outright purchase options in addition to its traditional lease method for customers who wish to own their equipment. Regularly scheduled comprehensive service program helps extend the life of the equipment and keeps the cleaning operation running smoothly without disruption. All told, through the acquisition of SystemOne, Safety-Kleen now offers a complete line of onsite solvent recycling parts washers that bring the latest technology and service options to shop floors at a more competitive price than ever before.
