Senior Vice President Central Compliance and Sustainability

Chip joined the Company in 1997 as environmental counsel and has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility since that time. Most recently, Chip has been leading EHS on an interim basis. In this new role, EHS, Safety, and Internal Audit will report to Chip. He will also retain his duties as the Company’s environmental and regulatory counsel. Chip has been a strong advocate for compliance in the Company. Chip focuses on improving the Company's overall compliance performance and increase integration of a compliance focus into our business strategy. Chip has a Masters in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School, a Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina - School of Law, and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from Clemson University.
