RICHMOND, June 23 -- The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded a $10.93 million contract to Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc., Plano Texas, for re-refined motor oils.
The contract was awarded by the agency's Defense Supply Center, Richmond, Va.
