Robert M. Craycraft II
President and Chief Executive Officer

For nearly 20 years, Bob has established a successful track record of developing growth strategies and driving profitability. Most recently, Bob served as President of Ashland Distribution, a division of Ashland, Inc. There, he led the company’s chemicals, plastics, environmental services and composites businesses in North America, Europe and China. Ashland Inc. is the parent company of Valvoline, serving the automotive aftermarket with lubricants, chemicals, appearance products, filters and antifreeze. At Ashland Inc., Bob held numerous senior leadership positions including Vice President Chemicals, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Do-It-Yourself (DIY) and Installed Sales at Valvoline, and Vice President Business Transformation at Valvoline. His accomplishments include the development of new growth platforms, sales models and supplier arrangements, as well as strategic acquisitions and alliances. Bob began his career in sales with Valvoline. Bob graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. While attending Vanderbilt, Bob played four years of varsity football.

Jeff Richard
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jeff has served in various executive roles over the past 22 years, most recently at Pavestone Company in Dallas, where he has served since 2006 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. His experience with Pavestone included strategic planning, acquisitions, customer relationship management and development of strong relationships with the banking and private equity community. In addition, he helped to successfully manage the company through it's worst-ever business environment during the recent collapse of the housing market. Prior to Pavestone, Mr. Richard served as the head of Financial, Planning and Analysis at Electronic Data Systems, CFO of Jacuzzi Inc., and various divisional CFO roles at Tyco International. Additionally, Dallas Business Journal selected Mr. Richard as the 2009/10 CFO of the Year for the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Mr. Richard earned his Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University.

Dave Sprinkle
Executive Vice President of Oil Re-Refining

Dave Sprinkle has over 30 years’ experience in the hazardous waste management industry, beginning with his various positions at Laidlaw Environmental Services and continuing into his current role at Safety-Kleen. During his tenure with Safety-Kleen, he has held senior leadership roles in all facets of the business, including managing branches, recycle centers, distribution, and oil re-refining, as well as serving as President of Safety-Kleen’s Chemical Services Division prior to its sale to Clean Harbors in 2002. He currently holds the position as Executive Vice President of Oil Re-Refining, where he is responsible for the performance of the business unit which includes the two re-refineries, sales & customer service as well as future business development. Mr. Sprinkle holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Dave Eckelbarger
Executive Vice President of Branch Sales and Service

Dave Eckelbarger joined Safety-Kleen in 2002 as Senior Vice President, Midwest Region.  Prior to that, he was the president of a private manufacturing company, SBS Inc., from 1999 through 2002.  In 2007 he was promoted to the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Support Services, reporting to the CEO.  Today he is EVP, Supply Chain, responsible for Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Distribution, Fleet, and Transportation.  Mr. Eckelbarger is a graduate from the United States Military Academy and holds an MBA from Harvard University.

Mark Stone
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Mark Stone joined Safety-Kleen in August 2009 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Mr. Stone served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Zale Corporation from May 2005 to February 2009. Mr. Stone was with Zale Corporation for 14 years and worked in IT, Planning, Database Marketing, and Distribution. Prior to working at Zale Corporation, Mr. Stone served as the Director of Financial Operations for the Resolution Trust Corporation. Mr. Stone is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and a Masters in Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary.

Chip Duffie
Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer

Chip Duffie was named the Safety-Kleen's new SVP, Chief Compliance Officer in January 2011. Chip joined the Company in 1997 as environmental counsel and has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility since that time. Most recently, Chip has been leading EHS on an interim basis. In this new role, EHS, Safety, and Internal Audit will report to Chip. He will also retain his duties as the Company’s environmental and regulatory counsel. Chip has been a strong advocate for compliance in the Company. As Chief Compliance Officer, he will focus on improving the Company's overall compliance performance and increase integration of a compliance focus into our business strategy. Chip has a Masters in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School, a Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina - School of Law, and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from Clemson University.

Curt Knapp
Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Knapp joined Safety-Kleen in December 2008 as vice president of channel marketing, responsible for development of new products and distribution channels for Safety-Kleen’s high-quality, environmentally friendly lines of recycled products. Prior to joining Safety-Kleen, Knapp was senior vice president for The Marketing Arm, a marketing agency based in Dallas, and also served as vice president of marketing for Waste Management. Knapp has more than 23 years of senior-level management experience in the lubricants field, previously holding positions of vice president of marketing and sales for Sunoco Lubricants, chief operating officer for Warren Distribution, and director-level positions in marketing and supply for Castrol North America. Knapp earned an MBA in finance from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management, and an undergraduate degree in biochemical engineering from Rutgers University. He resides in Las Colinas, Texas, with his wife of 31 years.

Jean Lee
Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Jean Lee became Senior Vice President of Human Resources in October 2010 after serving the company as Vice President of Talent Development for almost 5 years.  Jean's prior roles include Vice President, Human Resources for Armstrong Cabinet Products, a division of Armstrong World Industries, Vice President, Human Resources for Overhead Door Corporation, and various roles within Human Resources for United Healthcare Corporation, United States Fidelity & Guaranty Corporation, and The Travelers Group. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York and earned her Master of Science degree from the University of Hartford.

Danny Anderson
Senior Vice President of Supply Chain

Danny joined Safety-Kleen in 2007 as Vice President of Sourcing and Procurement in our Finance Department. In 2009, he was appointed Vice President of Supply Chain Services. Before joining Safety-Kleen, Danny was Director of Strategic Sourcing at Ampad, Vice President of Supply Chain at DayRunner, and Program Manager of the Space Station Project for ITT Cannon Electric. Danny earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine University. Danny has elevated Safety-Kleen to new levels of success by bringing process improvement focus to the procurement function. He has also developed partnerships with business units through robust Request for Proposal processes that secured high quality vendor solutions and optimal pricing. Danny brings his exceptional vision and skills to his new role and other areas of Safety-Kleen.
